In my weekly cardio dance fitness classes, I create a space where everyone is encouraged to be authentically themselves. It's not just a workout. Colon Hydrotherapy, a cornerstone of my journey, is more than a service, it's a lifeline to understanding the profound connection between body cleansing and emotional release.
